任职要求

• 工作地点：山东
  岗位职责：
  1．根据《企业财务通则》、《企业会计准则》，制定适合于商场物业项目的会计制度和财务管理制度。
  2. 明确财务部的各个工作环节，正确处理各环节的帐目，协调和督促财务部的各项工作。
  3. 监督并指导各部门在管理过程中准收各项经济法规和财经纪律，各项开支严格FPD中央管理队伍对管理中心在财务上的规定执行。
  4. 加强经济核算，管好用好资金，草拟年度及月度管理费收支预算，监督检查、稽查管理费收支情况，严格将管理开支控制在预算之内。
  5. 认真复核记帐凭证；编制转帐凭证；登记总帐；记录财产明细帐；计提折旧、税金、预提费用、待摊费用等。
  6. 熟悉记帐规则和帐薄登记方法，根据复核无误的记帐凭证登记二级明细帐。要求字迹清晰，当日工作当日完成。
  7. 对登记的往来帐目要求边记帐边清理，登记固定资产明细帐，定期协助行政部对固定资产进行全面盘点清查，对于盘盈、盘亏及毁损的固定资产要查明原因，按规定报批处理。
  8. 每月核对一次仓库明细帐，做到帐帐相符、帐实相符。
  9. 及时编制记帐凭证汇总表，二级明细帐每月与总帐核对一次，做到帐帐相符，发现问题及时查明原因并调整。
  10.每月3日前审核和编制上月会计报表、每月实际与下月预算收支明细表及财务分析说明等。
  11.及时了解各单元租户资料，掌握管理费及其他费用的欠交情况。每月初与发展商核对大厦租用情况，计算收取管理费及空置费金额，并催收。
  12.与银行、发展商、中央队伍财务等有关部门保持密切联系，沟通信息发挥承上启下的作用。
  13.做好会计档案的保管工作。
  14.及时完成总经理安排的其他工作。
