职位描述

任职要求

• 岗位职责：
  1.组织安排电气系统及电梯系统运行保养维修及属下员工的特殊或日常工作分配。
  2.协助与相关的政府机构接洽。
  3.协助所有包括机械、电力和人生安全设备系统的检查工作。
  4.协助为工程部员工的培训工作。
  5.按公司管理规定，监督检查直属各级员工之纪律、考勤及考核工作，并向工程总工汇报。
  6.负责协调各系统之间的工作及人员安排。
  7.协助工程总工拟定电气系统及电梯系统维修、保养计划并指挥各相关专业执行。
  8.协助工程总工制定各种规章制度及操作规程。
  9.拟定维修保养之材料、备件、配件申购计划。
  10.组织、安排、处理突发性紧急事故。
  11.协助工程总工与其它部门之协调工作。
  12监督、管理外判工程及外包保养合同等执行情况。
  13.完成工程经理及工程总工指派的其他工作。
  任职条件：
  1. 大专以上学历，具备相关的岗位资格证书（具备工程师证书优先考虑）
  2. 年龄：35-50岁 男性
  3. 具有5年以上大型物业管理企业工程管理工作经验，熟悉各项设施、设备的运行情况
  4. 具备良好的职业素质，专业知识丰富，与相关政府配套部门（电力局、用水办等）保持良好的沟通关系
  5. 具有团队合作精神，文字、语言表达优良，服从领导安排。
