职位描述

任职要求

• 岗位职责：
  1.协助保安部经理/主管，管理好保安队伍。监督、指导保安员工作（包括行为规范、工作质量等），发现违规行为及时制止并上报保安部经理/主管。并负责对保安员进行工作评估。
  2.执行、传达保安部经理/主管传达的各项工作及一般日常工作跟进、反馈工作完成情况；
  3.巡查各岗位工作情况，指导保安员按规定完成工作；
  4.每日召开班前列会进行岗位分派、操列；
  5.每日查阅各岗位工作日志和巡逻记录；
  6.保安部经理/主管不在场的情况下，特别事件发生的现场处理，并填写事件报告交保安部经理/主管；
  7.消防中心报警，须在5分钟内赶到现场处理；
  8.当值事件须每日填写日报表及领班记录，以便保安部经理/主管查阅；
  9.监督安排交接班，检查交接班记录，并做好物品交接登记；
  10.配合相关部门安排现场施工的监督管理工作；
  11.协助做好物料的接受及登记工作；
  12. 完成上级及管理中心指派的其他工作。
  任职条件：
  1. 高中以上学历（或相当于高中学历），具备专业资格证书（保安上岗证、消防员证书等优先考虑）
  2. 年龄：25-40岁 男性（退伍军人优先）
  3. 具有1年以上大型物业（商务楼、小区、商场等）保安基层管理经验
  4. 具备良好的职业素质，熟悉保安内部操作流程，合理安排工作岗位
  5. 具有团队合作精神及良好的组织能力，服从领导安排。
