  施工经理 Construction Manager (工作地点：西南地区)
  Job Responsibilities:
  
  l Manages the site managers, field engineers and related personnel under his responsibilities and allocate the construction resources to the various projects under execution (from the project development phase up to the project completion). Standardizes execution of projects in China, proposes improvements to the current model and shares the experience of Chinese contractors with Lafarge BU outside China.
  
  l Builds up, develops and maintains a professional team for construction supervision,
  
  l Co-ordinates activities of site managers, field engineers and related personnel under his responsibilities and allocate necessary resources to the projects,
  
  l Coaches the site managers, field engineers and related personnel and provides technical support to them,
  
  l Ensures that Lafarge safety requirements are effectively implemented on site during the construction,
  
  l Ensures that best construction practices are effectively implemented on the various projects,
  
  l Ensures that similar level of site works quality is obtained on the various projects,
  
  l Proposes improvements to the standard Chinese plant concept while maintaining the standardization and the low cost objectives,
  
  l Audits/evaluates contractors and proposes new approved vendors (in conjunction with CPP),
