现场安全经理 Site Safety Manager (工作地点: 西南地区) Job Responsibilities:
l Ensures that project construction and erection is conducted by the turnkey contractor and its sub-contractors or the contractors in accordance with the Lafarge contractual safety requirements.
l Implements the Safety Management System for the project construction and erection activities,
l Ensures that the Contractor is enforcing the requirements of the safety manual, the safety rules and the safety practices,
l Ensure that necessary safety training is conducted,
l Participates in the site weekly meeting,
l Requests, as necessary, the organization of specific safety meetings,
l Carries out inspections or audit of the works,
l Prepare the monthly Lafarge safety reporting for the project construction and erection activities,
l Reviews and checks the conformity of the tools, equipment, scaffolding used on site by the Contractors,
l Controls the safety records and logbooks maintained by the Contractors,
l Empowered to remove from site any contractor employees not complying with safety requirements or to stop any site activity executed in unsafe conditions,
