  Civil Engineer should:
  
  Be an industrial & civil ingineering major
  
  Hand over 3 years experience in successful site management.Clean
  
  room experience is a plus
  
  Be able to manage subcontractors on site
  
  Be good at spoken and written English
  
  Have good command of computer operation
  
  Possess good communication skills and be good at reporting
