  －电力工作
  －对机电工作，给排水以及暖通设备熟悉
  －室外工程
  －能够和不同的分包商协调沟通
  －监控施工进度
  －质量管理工作
  －配合项目经理的指导工作
  －个人独立操作性强
  －根据工作要求变更工作地点
  
  需要至少15年再类似建筑行业的工作经验，必须对土建工程，机电工作熟悉，英语口语水平要求一般。
