The scope of works typically includes post-contract works comprising responsibility for tender evaluation, estimating & procurement advice, cost control/cost management.

Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include a combination of:
- Measuring quantities as per detail design in comparison work with the quantities of the contract - Tender evaluation & assessment - Preparation of recommendations for award of contractor packages - Ensuring contractual notices and client entitlements are properly administered - Measuring & valuing variations with client and subcontractors - Agreement of final accounts with client and subcontractors
Qualification/Experience Required
- Over 5 years experience in a cost management/quantity surveying role. - A degree qualification in construction or relevant fields. - IT proficient with extensive exposure to spreadsheets - Bilingual in Chinese and English
