Archibat HR Asia is looking for a SENIOR ARCHITECT for a famous CANADIAN ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE from Vancouver specializing in Shopping centers, town planning and office design. They are now looking for experienced candidates to expand their Beijing office.
1. Planning and schematic design; 2. Be able to communicate with foreign architect in schematic design, synthesize and select different opinions in order to take the schematic design to the next level; 3. Assist the Project Manager in developing and improving architect assistants´ professional skills
1. Graduated above bachelor degree in architecture major from well-known universities; 2. Over 5 years of working experience; 3. Have great schematic design ability; 4. Careful, good working manner, team player, and a good communicator; 5. Be able to have good abilities in project management, work organization, and coordination; 6. P.R.C. 1st Registered Architect is preferred;
