Responsibilities l Review design drawings and make sure the workers carry out the construction according to the drawing. Organize internal briefing, fully discuss the project specifics with the Designer, Maintenance Manager and other relevant parties. Determine the project’s objectives and the project management stratety l Plan and organize project activities. Communicate and colaborate with the Client, the Sub Contractor, the Vendors and the Building Management l Responsible for the project’s budget and supervise the project is completed within the budget l Check Sub Contractor or Venors’ payment application, work closely with the Procurement Department l Regular site visits. Responsible for the project quality and the project control on the service provided, confirm the process l Fully responsible for all detailed operations l Responsible for defect control and rectification until it’s completed l Attend weekly site meetings l Responsible for the site quality, environment and Health & Safety operations control
Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years working experience in project coordination of corporate office projects, preferable experienced in M&E aspect - Good knowledge of the design industry - Widespread knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior design. - Good knowledge of construction drawings - Good knowledge of building systems and local codes - Diligent and can work under pressure and detail oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project - Ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities within the schedule and project budget. - Strong communication skills, written and verbal - Fluent in English and Mandarin
