  任务：Archibat正在为一香港知名地产开发公司上海分公司招聘项目规划与设计（副）经理。
  工作目标：
  负责为指定项目提供项目规划与设计服务
  
  主要职责：
  
  1.监督设计和相关顾问团队，能在规定时间和预算内完成高品质的设计
  2.审查设计顾问准备的设计文件，保证其合法性和可行性
  3.协调当地官员准备地产相关文件供合作方查阅，并获得设计施工许可。
  4.协调公司内相关人员，监督项目进度
  5. 必要时做设计前期研究工作
  6.带领和培训专业的设计队伍
  7. 完成总监分配的其他任务
  
  Mission: Archibat is looking for a DEPUTY MANAGER - PROJECT PLANNING & DESIGN for a reputed HK real estate developer to join its Shanghai office.
  Job Purpose & Nature
  Responsible for providing project planning and design service to the assigned projects.
  
  Principal Accountabilities
  
  1. To procure and supervise design and related consultant teams to ensure design to achieve in the required level of quality, schedule and budget of projects.
  2. To review design documents prepared by consultants to ensure documents produced meet legislative requirements and are realistic for project execution.
  3. To coordinate with local officials in preparation of property portfolio for perusal of management and business partners, and in obtain various approvals for design construction.
  4. To coordinate with relevant personnel within the company to ensure timely progress of projects assigned.
  5. To prepare preliminary design studies when needed.
  6. To lead and train a professional team in the project.
  7. Complete other jobs assigned by supervisor.
  
  
  
  任职要求：
  
  1.拥有建筑相关专业证书或本科学历，八年以上项目规范与设计相关经验
  2.中英文流利，分析能力强，行事果断，有商业头脑，善于交际。
