1. Develop and foster good relationship with client’s EH&S representatives and must be familiar with all aspects of the EH&S program of the client; 2. Establish, execute and maintain EH&S management procedure for the project; 3. Conduct EH&S orientation and other specific EH&S training to project employees; 4. Review and approval the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and the Work Execution Plan submitted by contractors, authorize the Permit to Work (PTW) and emphasize on the special instructions. 5. Lead the daily, weekly, monthly and equipment inspections on site, issue EH&S non-compliance and correction requirement notice to related contractors, tracking the corrective actions. 6. Assist PM/CM to enforce the execution of the project EH&S rules and regulations; 7. Conduct all EH&S meetings; 8. Submit EH&S weekly report and monthly report to SSOE PM and SSOE EH&S Manager; 9. Participate and assist the Accident Investigation Team in investigating the status and causes of accident, establish measures to prevent similar accidents.
