plans, develops, coordinates and directs a medium to large engineering project or a number of smaller complex projects with overall responsibility for budget adherence, schedule adherence, quality control and inter-discipline coordination.
leads in project programming, preparing BoD, developing detailed design, preparing specifications and other project documents.
manages sub-consultants such as local design institutes and review or verify their design reports as needed.
review submittals and supplier/contractor’s proposals and answer Request for Information (RFI)
visit site and prepare Site Observation reports as needed
