职位描述

任职要求

• 职位描述：
  1、 负责相关项目的土建工程施工管理工作，确保工程进度及工程质量；
  2、 现场指导监理公司及施工单位，确保工程施工达到设计要求并符合流程规范；
  3、 协调建筑、精装、水电等相关专业人员共同解决现场存在的问题；
  4、 协助施工方案的审核，及时处理并上报重大问题，管理现场签证及工程备案等。
  
  任职要求：
  1、 土木工程、民工建等相关专业大学本科及以上学历，具有职称者优先；
  2、 能独立建立、健全相关业内资料；
  4、能独立完成标段范围内现场指导、协调及监督等工作；
  5、 善于与部门及施工单位沟通，处理相关问题；
  4、 严谨细致、责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调及计划控制能力；
  5、 能适应跟着项目出差；
  6、 具有一定的英语表达能力及英文书写报告能力。
