职位描述

任职要求

• 1.协助部门主管负责大型房地产项目电气专业工作并报告相关情况；
  2熟悉电气系统设计及设备/材料选型（包括规格、技术参数等），独立进行方案比选、优化设计等工作；
  3.熟悉电气相关合同管理，且能对合同条款、技术规范、任务书拟定编制及审核工作；
  4.对本专业下属员工（如助理工程师或工程监督）能有效管理；
  5.跟踪最新的专业技术和设备；策划最适合本项目要求的专业方案，并就合理性、经济性、科学性作综合评估及报告上级；
  6.在设计环节中控制设计质量和进度，解决施工过程中专业技术问题，审批材料及施工图纸报审，及时做好详细记录和提交报告；
  7.收集电气设备和材料的资料并作出审查及提交建议报告, 具备英语会话及书写英语项目报告
