职位描述

任职要求

• 岗位职责：
  1、 编写与暖通工程相关的招标和合同文件（主要是工作范围和明细清单）
  2、 负责暖通专业材料、设备等采购的技术支持和相关材料、设备和物件的确认
  3、 落实施工过程中的相关设计问题解决及相关设计变更的控制
  4、 全面控制暖通施工的质量、进度和成本问题
  
  岗位要求：
  1、 大专及以上学历，与本职位相关专业
  2、 2年以上暖通施工现场工作经验
  3、 熟悉并掌握机电安装施工规范及标准，熟悉暖通工程施工工艺、施工流程及相关验收规范，了解暖通工程施工材料市场行情，了解工程设计的行业规范，
  4、 能有效监控和管理工程的质量、进度、内外协调、安全及文明施工等，熟练操作AUTOCAD绘图软件及其他办公软件；
  5、 能审核施工图纸，独立解决施工现场的各种技术问题
  6、 能适应出差
  7、 英语熟练者优先考虑
