ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ø Provide high quality residential services related to the project; Ø Strong ability to negotiate contracts to meet both the Landlord and the tenants’ requirements; Ø Maintain and develop effective client communications and exceed expectations; Ø Manage daily leasing and operational activities; Ø Maintain good relationships with the landlord and 3rd party agents; Ø Monitor all leasing transactions; Ø Attend marketing events as required.
