职位描述

任职要求

• 岗位职责：
  1、巡查设备情况，并填写水泵房运行记录。
  2、做好值班日记及工作日报表。
  3、按时维护、保养设备，对设备的调整及维修作好记录。
  4、接到报修任务及时处理，及时完成领导交办的任务。
  5、发现设备故障及时排除，并汇报上级。
  6、值班员负责给排水设备的操作、监控、记录及异常报告，并协助维修人员的工作。
  7、维修人员负责给排水设施维护和维修，负责日常机械设备的维修工作。
  8、制冷空调设备运行员负责制冷机的操作、监视和记录。
  9、空调设备维修员负责设备检修、日常清洁维护。
  10、每天定时检测客户区的温湿度并调整到合适水平。
  任职条件：
  1、高中以上学历
  2、两年以上相关工作经验
  3、持有相关上岗证书
