任职要求

• 职位描述（Job Specifications）：
  1、大专以上相关闭学历；
  Related college degree or above
  2、2年以上相关工作经历，有工程造价及合约管理方面的经验；
  At least 2 years relevant experience in quantity survey & contract control;
  3、对综合机电相关内容较熟悉，能独立管理综合机电合同、处理变更及预结算等；
  Good at quantity survey and contract control in M&E
  4、有FIDIC合同条件或外资房产公司从业经历者优先；
  FIDIC and multinational real estate company experience is anadvantage.
  5、有工作热情，为人踏实，认真、仔细、勤奋，责任心较强并有团队合作精神。
