任职要求

• 职位描述（Job Specifications）：
  1、建筑工程类相关专业，本科以上学历。
  Related bachelor degree or above, major in architecture
  2、中级以上职称，五年以上房地产企业工作经验，具备建筑师资格
  At least 5 years working experience inreal estate company with architect certificate
  3、熟悉房地产项目开发运作流程，须有开发报建、配套申报经验，熟悉房地产项目（含五星级酒店、高档写字楼或百货零售）的工程管理。
  Familiar with real estate operation (5-star hotel, high level office tower and retail)
  4、有很强的组织协调能力，能独立协调设计方关系
  Good communication skill and can be worked independently
  5、英语口语流利，良好的英语听写能力；
  Good English ability.
  6、熟悉各类设计软件，能独立操作、独立完成方案图
  Familiar with related software
