任职要求

• 职位描述（Job Specifications）：
  1、相关专业大专以上学历，有丰富的现场经验者优先
  Related college degree or above, site experience is an advantage.
  2、需5年以上高层精装修项目（含五星级酒店、高档写字楼或百货零售）的施工管理经验，较为熟悉材料性能
  At least 5 years construction project experience in interior design (5-star hotel, high level office tower and retail) and knowledge in contraction material
  3、了解外资项目的精装修材料技术规范
  Good knowledge in standard of interior design regulations
  4、具有良好的沟通协调能力
  Good communication skill
