  • 有项目经理资质证书或一级建筑师资质
  • 熟悉及有效解决工程施工中的任何问题（包括突发事件）
  • 组织项目的验收（对企业的支付费用以及政府部门的最终验收）
  • 处理质保期内的维修
  • 责任心强，英语沟通能力强
  • 工作积极，分析能力佳
