  1. 取得北京市装饰装修专业监理工程师资格证书；

  
  

  2. 专科以上学历，土木工程、给排水、电气、工民建等相关专业；

  
  

  3. 品行端正、能吃苦耐劳、勤奋敬业，具有一定的组织协调沟通能力，可接受出差；

  
  

  4. 薪资待遇

  
  

  （1）试用期（3个月）薪资：5000元/月
