  GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUMMARY 简要职责范围：

  确保尾矿储存设施和工程是在一个安全可控的管理下进行，并做好记录工作。并且保证竣工后此项目符合ZMSC JV的规章制度。

  
  

  The Key responsibilities of the Mining QA/QC Superintendent include:

  质检主任的主要职责为：

  
  

  1. Responsible for the implementation of the site management plans through assisting operational supervision and monitoring of operations.

  通过协助监察运营操作来负责工地管理计划的总体实施。

  2. Responsible for the completion of all audits in conformance with Project management Plans.

  负责竣工后的审查结果与当初的项目管理方案一致。

  3. Responsible for ensuring the correct reporting and managing of all identified issues (through audits, management/internal/external reviews, inspections). This will include revision of management plans as required and the communication of required changes.

  负责对存在的问题做出准确的报告以及应对措施（通过审查、管理人员以及内部外部的复合、检查），这些包括对管理计划做出必要的修正，相关通讯的更新。

  4. Ensures that all hazards are identified and properly controlled prior to start of any activity Assist in the coordination with pertinent regulatory agencies in connection with the OHS implementation on site

  确保在项目的开始前遇见到存在的阻碍和风险，并进行有效的控制。负责帮助协调相关管制机构与现场的联系。

  5. Maintain confidentiality (i.e. do not divulge, distribute, circulate or copy) any information which may be regarded as of a confidential nature, including but not limited to, information on Company business, developed processes, contracts, etc., or information which may be regarded as confidential to any company or person directly contracted by ZMSC.

  保守机密（严禁泄露、散布、谣传、复印），包括但不限于公司商业机密、发展进程、合同等，也包括任何公司、个人与ZMSC公司签订的信息。

  6. Responsible for liaising with concerned regulatory bodies on issues concerning Quality, Safety, and Environment.

  负责就质量、安全、环境等方面的问题与检查机构建立密切的联系。

  7. Assist in the recruiting of the QuESH team and their ongoing training and support.

  协助QuESH团队人员的招聘，长期培训以及工作支持。

  8. Training and communication of JHA, incident and investigation reporting.

  关于JHA、突发事件以及调查报告的培训和沟通。

  9. Promote the ZMSC Safety Policy促进ZMSC安全策略。

  10. Display flexibility in working hours in order to assist other team members and the efficiency of the department.

  合理安排工作时间，以便配合协助其他团队、提高部门效率。
