  The key Objective of a TSF Foreman is to ensure all operations involved in the TSF Construction & Operation are coordinated safely and efficiently.

  
  

  岗位概述：协调好所有涉及到尾矿仓储设施的建设和运营工作，确保工程安全有效地进行。

  
  

  The Key Responsibilities of the TSF Foreman include:

  
  

  尾矿仓储设施领班的工作职责

  
  
  

  1、Coordinate all daily operations and tasks involved in the TSF Construction area to achieve construction targets in a safe and efficient manner within budget requirement

  
  

  在符合预算要求的前提下，统筹每日尾矿仓储设施组的工作任务，安全有效地完成生产指标

  
  

  2、Coordinate and manage sub-contractors that may be required to complete the above operations.

  
  

  协调、管理分包商，达成以上要求

  
  

  3、Be involved in longer term planning for the drill & blast activity and mine operations.

  
  

  参与矿区运营长期规划

  
  

  4、Attend safety trainings, as required and ensure employees attend necessary safety training.

  
  

  参加安全培训，根据需要确保雇员参加必要安全培训课程

  
  

  5、 Complete area safety inspections as required.

  
  

  根据要求完成规定区域的安全检查

  
  

  6、Complete all reporting requirements on due time.

  
  

  及时完成所有报告

  
  

  7、 Co-ordinate with training and maintenance to achieve long and short-term production goals.

  
  

  协调培训及维修工作，确保完成长期和短期的生产目标

  
  

  8、Display flexibility in working hours in order to assist other team members and the efficiency of the department.

  
  

  合理安排工作时间，以便协助其他组组员，提高部门工作效率

  
  

  9、Miscellaneous task as assigned by the TSF General Foreman.

  
  

  尾矿主管布置的其他相关任务。

  
  
  
  

  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 所需技能及能力要求：

  
  

  1、 Basic English literacy with an ability to learn to a conversational level.

  
  

  能用英语进行无障碍交流能力（包括基础书面及口语）

  
  

  Good leadership and organizational skills.

  
  

  具备良好的领导能力及组织能力

  
  

  2、 Good working knowledge of TSF Construction and Operation activities.

  
  

  具备丰富的尾矿仓储设施建设和运营的专业知识

  
  

  3、 Ability to effectively plan daily, weekly and monthly work activities.

  
  

  高效安排每天、每周、每月的工作

  
  
  

  EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION 经历、资历及学历：

  
  

  Mining experience (Experience in TSF Construction and Operation a must)

  采矿经验（必须有尾矿仓储设施建设和运营的相关经验）
