任职要求

• 岗位职责：

  
  

  1、根据集团及公司的经营管理需要，执行集团法律管理办法，负责公司各项法务管理制度和工作流程的建设与完善。

  
  

  2、审核修改合同和重要的影响双方权利义务的函件，经公司管理层指派，参与重大或对方有法务人员参与的谈判，包括但不限于商场、办公楼、公寓的租赁事务、采购、物业、工程、清洁、推广等。

  
  

  3、负责参与诉讼前纠纷处理，委托外聘律师参与诉讼或仲裁案件和主办诉讼或仲裁案件，包括但不限于租赁合同纠纷、劳动关系及其他纠纷。

  
  

  4、 保险报案及理赔。

  
  

  5、 联络和管理外聘律师。

  
  

  6、 为公司各部门提供法务支持与法律咨询服务。

  
  

  7、 负责对下属员工进行日常工作指导、培训与激励。

  
  

  8、 上级交办的其它工作。

  
  

  应聘要求

  
  

  1、 全国知名政法类或综合类大学本科或以上学历，法律专业，良好的英语能力。

  
  

  2、 8年或以上房地产业或大型跨国公司法务或民商法律师从业经历，5年以上团队管理经验。

  
  

  3、 法律职业资格。熟练掌握民商等法律法规。具备熟练拟订法律文书、合同文本等技能

  
  

  4、 良好的谈判、沟通与协调能力。工作积极、认真细致、条理清楚、思维灵活。

  
  

  5、 熟练应用各类办公软件。
