• 财务主任

  
  

  岗位职责：

  
  

  1、 根据相关财务制度以及公司内部制度的相关要求，配合主管完成各种账簿体系的建立，日常会计明细核算等

  
  

  2、 根据集团与公司财务管理的各项要求，配合主管一起落实各项要求，按时回复总部相关的邮件，并跟进相关事宜

  
  

  3、 配合完成公司日常税务申报工作以及相关税务事项的跟进

  
  

  4、 关注各类财务相关软件的实施与推进工作，日常监督系统运行的安全性，数据的匹配性，积极参与公司ERP项目上线、并行等各项事宜

  
  

  5、 定期查看明细账，检查各类会计凭证科目等各相关信息入账的正确性，每月按时结账以及完成集团与当地的各类财务报表的编制与上报工作，做到数据真实、计算准确、内容完整

  
  

  6、 配合完成年度财务预算的编报和执行统计工作，包括日常预算执行监督、数据统计，向各职能部门反馈及沟通等事项

  
  

  7、 参与公司各项财务、税收相关审计，协助完成工作的年度工商联合年检等事宜。

  
  

  应聘要求：

  
  

  1、 本科或以上学历，财会专业，英语书面能力良好

  
  

  2、 5年以上财会工作经验，有初步的团队管理经验，有零售/地产行业会计经验优先

  
  

  3、 熟悉国家财会、税务、经济等法规政策

  
  

  4、 持上岗证及初级或以上职称

  
  

  5、 熟练应用财务及办公软件

  
  

  6、 乐观敬业、具良好的沟通协调能力。
