To welcome customers to the store and take them through the Vivid in-store journey Learn about the customer’s needs and style preferences in detail Attend the on-site measurement Create the design for the customer (all main materials correctly placed in 2020), delegating where possible to the assistant home coach and then checking their work Ensure the design meets the customer’s needs, budget and Vivid style Train and develop the assistant home coach in how to design Support the Quality Controller and TDS while they check and complete the final details of the design, and communicating and feedback and changes to the customer Attend the on-site project kick-off meeting Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
Must have recognized interior design qualification Good knowledge of how to design and work with the range of products Ability to create designs that meet customer needs and budget Spatial awareness, common sense (avoids items not fitting with each other), and attention to detail are all essential Flexibility and readiness to learn how to design and work in the “Vivid” way are essential Must be able to use a CAD package today, and ready to learn and proficiently use 2020 during the probation period Must know how to read and produce technical drawings (even if sketching on paper) Practical on-site knowledge is a plus Ability to speak English is a plus
