Attend pre-sales survey to identify any practical problems with the design or site Create the project timeline Hold on-site kick-off with coach, contractor and customer – what will happen and when Be the main point of contact for the customer once the project starts and explain what is happening as well as resolve any concerns or complaints Attend each project site at least once per week to check the progress of the contractor and quality of the work, and push contractor to address any delays or defects Find solutions to on-site problems (such as design issue, product issue, installation quality issue) including proactively working with other departments and teams Work with the logistics team to schedule the necessary deliveries Keep the Vivid systems (TTS project control, web site photos, etc) up to date with the latest project status Ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in the decoration industry Good knowledge of products and practical site installation methods Can communicate well with others and build good relationships with customers Proactively works to solve all kinds of problems, and is able to work with other departments to do this in a friendly and efficient manner Knowledge of English is a plus
