职位描述

任职要求

• -Monitoring of site construction to ensure the targets of quality, progress, safety have been achieved, require contractors for immediate rectification or improvement and report to supervisor or construction manager for any works not subject to project working procedures or site safety program
  
  -Attends all kinds of acceptance related to his discipline such as sub-item construction works
  
  -Construction drawing review for constructability, coordinate with design manager to take effective and early measures to lower the influence of change on site construction and project cost
  
  -Control of site changes and preparation of \"as-built\" mark-ups
  
  -Assists the Project Manager to check and audit the completed work quantities of contractors regarding his discipline for project payment
  
  -Contributes to weekly or monthly report for his section of work by a draft statement
  
  -Assists the Construction Manger for O&M training and of his discipline, and take lead for the commissioning works of his discipline
  
  -Assists the Design Manager for the punch list development of his discipline
