任职要求

• 岗位职责 Position Overview：
  负责执行、协调、管理、监控工程项目施工全过程。
  
  任职资格：
  Knowledge and Skills:
  1、具有工民建、建筑学、建筑管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
  2、具有3年以上建筑装饰行业工程管理经验；有办公装饰经验者优先
  3、熟悉装饰工程工艺流程；
  4、了解和熟悉行业工程标准规范；
  5、要有较强的社交和沟通能力；
  6、熟练操作Office办公软件，有一定英语基础；
  7、持有二级建造师或以上资格证书，同时有安全员证书者优先。
  
  Attitude and Personality:
  1、吃苦耐劳；
  2、具有团队合作精神；
  3、关注细节；
  4、具有很强的时间管理能力。
