Project Manager is accountable for overall quality performance of assigned projects to meet and exceed client expectation for on-time delivery and quality, and play an integral role in the coordination among departments, suppliers and clients.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Knowledge: - University degree in Interior Design, Building or equivalent - 5+ years of good track record in the interior design or real estate development industry - At least 2 years experience in project management - Excellent project & people management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Good command of English - Familiar with CAD project 2006 is preferred
Attitude and Personality: - Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity - Proven team-player and adaptable to a dynamic environment - “Can Do” attitude, passionate about own work - Eager to learn and picking up new things quickly - Strong communicational and interpersonal skills - Well organized and detail-minded
