To assist in the cost planning, cost management and contract administration for activities and ensuring adherence to the project quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Knowledge and Skills: - University Degree or above, major in architectural, civil, quotation or relevant disciplines - 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design - Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details - Proficiency in computer skills, English fluency is desirable - Good planning, communication and co-ordination skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills - Able to work independently in fast paced working environment
