任职要求

• 项目经理：职位要求： 年龄在40岁以下；男。工作认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力大专以上学历，持有相关岗位证书。具有5年以上相关工作经验。
  独立负责过5万平米以上房地产工程配合经验。
  现场组织管理经验丰富。
  有驾驶证者优先,采暖系统设计、报价、施工图绘制及技术文档管理维护；
  制定并审核资金拨款计划；
  工程进度款计算；
  变更、洽商及预算调整；
  审核竣工决算书，与甲方和施工队伍办理决算；
  项目结束后，进行成本、利润和耗料分析。
