任职要求

• 预算员：年龄在23岁以上，三年工作经验。
  1、大专以上学历，有资格证书，造价师证、安装造价师证优先；能够独立完成整套的工程报价、审核工作。
  2、工作认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力
  岗位职责：
  1、编制暖通施工预算；
  2、编制下达施工成本控制指标；
  3、变更、洽商及预算调整；
  4、编制竣工决算书，与甲方和施工队伍办理决算；
  5、项目结束后，进行成本、利润和耗料分析。
