Job Requirement: 职位要求: - Bachelor degree or above, with major in Architect, Civil Engineering 本科或以上学历，主修建筑、土建专业 - Be familiar with laws and regulations related to design, have knowledge about land, law and architecture etc. 熟悉设计相关法规,具备土地、法律、及建筑等方面的知识 - Above five years work experience in property scheme design 五年以上房地产项目设计建筑方案工作经验 - Good English writing skill and PC skill 良好的英语书写能力及电脑操作技能 - Good communication, coordination and negotiation, as well as public relationship skills 优秀的沟通、协调、谈判及公关技巧 - High sense of responsibility, be able to work under pressure 具有高度责任感,能承受工作压力
