任职要求

• Job Responsibilities:
  工作职责:
  - To draw up the project schedule
  制订项目进度表
  - To coordinate the project issues between departments
  协调解决项目相关问题
  - To liaise with landlord, construction company, design institute and local government departments such as Sanitation Bureau, Firefighting Bureau, to ensure the smooth running of mall construction and operation
  与项目业主， 建筑公司，设计院及当地政府相关部门，如卫生局、消防局沟通协调，以确保购物中心正常运作
  - To coordinate with internal departments on the application from tenants and assist them to operate smoothly
  与内部部门沟通协调，以安排租户的申请及协助其顺利开业
  - To be in charge of hand-over process before Mall opening
  负责在购物中心开业前的顺利交付
  
  Job Requirements:
  职位要求:
  - Bachelor degree or above, with major in Civil Engineering, Construction preferably
  本科或以上学历，土木工程或建筑专业为佳
  - 10 years relevant work experience in project manager or related area
  十年项目经理相关领域工作经验
  - Excellent in written, oral English and PC skill (AutoCAD)
  良好的英文书面及口语表达能力，及计算机技巧(AutoCAD)
  - Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  优秀的人际沟通和表达能力
  - Ability to work independently and deal with peaks of stress
  能够独立开展工作和应对压力
