To provide Mechanical building services design input to the concept stage and manage a CDI during the detailed design stage.
Prime responsibilities and duties • Provide conceptual design advice to the design team on spatial requirements of mechanical/HVAC services and the access and maintenance space for those services • Manage a CDI to ensure that the detailed design follows the intent of the concept. • Represent Company at client and other project meetings • Produce reports on design progress • Manage the resolution of design issues that arise during the detailed phase

Essential Skills
Expensive experience in the design of Mechanical building services for industrial and pharmaceutical projects. I.e. laboratories, clean rooms, general manufacturing facilities, offices Experience with HVAC, Utilities, laboratory gasses, boiler and chiller plants Knowledge of Chinese codes, and approvals processes Experience of working on projects for western investors.
