• 
  Requirements:
  
  1)Demonstrate an understanding of and familiarity with the following:-
  a – the Oil, Gas and Chemical environment and community
  b – the electrical and process automation marketplace
  c – the domestic China market
  d – the broader International Oil and Gas market
  
  2)Technical background in process automation and / or electrification solutions is desirable
  
  3)Must have the ability to coach and develop a team of young Proposals Engineers
