  JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  Ø Support Business units in developing research materials;
  Ø Collect data in real estate market;
  Ø University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics or other real estate-related disciplines;
  Ø Minimum 1-2 year with international real estate firms or professional services companies in a research or analytical role;
  Ø Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese;
  Ø Solid understanding in real estate economics.
