职位描述

任职要求

• Responsibilities:
  
  a) Manage day-to-day accounting operations including but not limited to on-time billings, on-time collections from customers and on-time payment obligations;
  b) Financial analysis, forecasting and group consolidation;
  c) Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with local laws & regulations;
  d) Identify, improve finance & accounting work procedures as well as compliance with group accounting policies and internal control procedures;
  e) Lead team of accountant to ensure smooth running of daily operation;
  f) Liaise with bankers & auditors.
  
  Requirements:
  
  a) Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years of MNC work experience; preferably worked in property/retail related industry and with listing experience;
  b) Accounting qualification of CPA;
  c) Knowledge of Finance and Accounting software(ERP,SAP and so on);
  d) Knowledge of both PRC and International Financial Reporting Standard;
  e) Hands-on, independent, highly motivated & able to work under pressure are desirable personal traits.
