• Area Business Development Manager
  Job Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  l REPORTS TO : Vice President & General Manager China North
  
  l To build and grow our RMX and Aggregates business in the Northern China Region according to our development targets.
  
  l To identifying suitable acquisition targets and to be responsible for ensuring that the acquisitions made meet Lafarge investment criteria.
  
  l Identify investments targets for both RMX and Aggregates in the Northern China market.
  
  l Conduct market studies according to Lafarge TOP and ROCK framework.
  
  l Lead/coordinate/participate in networking and negotiation with local government, potential JV partners and potential targets.
  
  l Lead and conduct feasibility studies and financial, legal, technical evaluation of investment projects in conjunction with other functional department or external consultants.
  
  l Prepare investments files in accordance to Lafarge investment procedures and guidelines.
  
  l Coordinates and participates in the due diligence process.
  
  l Participate in the initial integration process and post acquisition audits if required.
