任职要求

• 
  Requirements:
  · Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
  · Minimum 12 years of postgraduate working experience in Structural design and design management field
  · Experience in the high-tech industry preferred but not essential
  · Previous working experience with multi national and/or in a foreign country preferred
  · Working knowledge of building work specifications and GB code.
  · Familiar with local construction materials and methods of construction and be able to source and provide wide range of selection.
  · Previous experience in preparation of bids and review of quotations of building materials & construction works.
  · Proven experience in leading a team of engineers/architects within a design or project office
  · Bilingual and be able to communicate with all level of staff.
  · Job site traveling may required based on the project location.
