• 1.暖通工程专业或相关专业毕业；
  2.至少8年以上相关工作经验；
  3.懂控制、设计、施工、预算；
  4.很强的解决问题与研究问题能力；
  5.精通大楼设备自动化系统，传感器和驱动器；
  6.熟悉本地空调安装与安全标准；
  7.能承受工作压力；
  8.工作自觉性强，善于沟通；
  9.能用英语进行交流与沟通。
