任职要求

• Job Summary
  
  • Assist the Chief Engineer in monitoring the hotel pre-opening construction in accordance to project time line
  • Manage the Engineering Department to ensure efficient and smooth running of the hotel building services systems
  • Lead the team to provide engineering support to other departments in a professional manner

  Requirement
  
  • PRC national, preferable Beijing origin
  • Tertiary educated or above with qualification in related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity with international hotel brands
  • Hotel pre-opening experience is a definite advantage
  • Proven project management record
  • Good communication, planning and organizing skills, good in spoken and written English
  • Strong leadership
