The Project Manager will be the contact window to overseas design centers located Korea, Europe, USA, and make sure projects can be pushed to MP smoothly.
Primary responsibilities will be: Able to drive a product from concept sample to mass production. Able to co-ordinate with all customers PMs to properly prioritize the projects in hand and ensure a speedy and on time customer deliverables. Ability to interface with customer and within the different internal departments to ensure that all the resources necessary to implement the customer requirements are met. Provide leadership to project planning and team execution. Responsible customer relationship management for the project. Manage customer communication, coordination, and issue resolution within the enterprise. Education: BS Engineering or Equivalent Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience with product development and/or project management. With technical capability is preferred. Understanding of project management knowledge areas & skills. Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required. Leadership skills and ability to coordinate many tasks. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Analytical and problem solving ability. Ability to deal with competing objectives and time constraints. PC application skill is required.
Critical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing process Knowledge of plastic mold and stamping tool Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Good communication skills: must be able to read and write in English and Chinese (ability to speak English and Chinese preferred, and Korean is a plus). Flexibility in work approach to deal appropriately with tight timelines and changing priorities. Travel: Occasional international travel may be required Remark: work location ：Kunshan & Shanghai
