任职要求

• 一、岗位职责：

  1、  从事民用建筑(特别是轻钢结构建筑)的建筑方案或施工图设计工作；

  2、  能够根据上级的安排及项目的要求独立完成建筑专业的设计工作；对设计的质量、进度、成本控制负责；

  3、  能够统筹协调整个项目各专业的设计工作；安排进度计划；

  4、  能够在施工现场独立处理问题。

  二、任职资格：

  1、建筑学专业本科及以上学历；

  2、有5年以上建筑方案及施工图设计经验；其中有2年以上大型甲级设计院同等职位的工作经历；

  3、熟悉建筑设计行业法规及规范；

  4、基本功扎实，熟练掌握SKETCHUP、AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP等建筑应用软件；有BIM应用经验者更佳；

  5、较强的沟通协调能力和团队精神；专业管理能力突出。
