任职要求

• 任职资格：
  1、专科及以上学历，艺术设计、室内设计等相关专业，具有专业室内设计工作经验；
  2、熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；
  3、把握设计效果能力强，有很强的设计理念及独到艺术见解；
  4、有职业道德，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的沟通与组织协调能力；
  5、较高的艺术气质和修养、较强的方案创意、方案讲解、客户说服能力；
  6、熟悉工程工艺做法及装饰材料且有较高的谈判能力；
  7、熟悉室内装饰行业现行材料、工艺及国家标准要求：
  8、五年以上设计工作经验，三年以上方案设计经验，有成功案例；
  9、有较强的方案设计能力，能很好领悟和理解客户的要求；
  10、手绘能力强，表达各个空间特质，并能通过手绘图纸与客户沟通。
