Responsibilities(岗位职责):
1、To formulate BD strategy and carry out pioneering work.
完成市场销售渠道的计划、开拓和拜访工作
2、To conduct negotiation with partner according to the marketing strategy.
根据营销策略洽谈合作商并负责维护与更新
3、To collect potential customers’ information for the further action.
收集潜在客户资料,进行有效的客户群体的挖掘
4、To come up with constructive suggestions about brand promotion and support activities for partners.
向渠道合作方提供营销推广活动的建议与支持
5、To follow up and promote cooperation with partners and to meet marketing target
跟进并推动渠道合作,根据公司市场营销计划协助上完成市场目标
Qualifications(任职要求):
1、3+years\' working experience in related industries.
三年以上相关工作经验
2、Relevant customer resources in real estate as priority
有一定相关渠道资源或房地产客户者优先考虑
3、Overseas study background or working-abroad experience as priority
有海外留学或海外工作经验者优先考虑
4、Experience in overseas immigration, banking, high-end product sale as priority
有海外移民、银行、高端产品销售经验者优先考虑
5、Excellent negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
思维清晰缜密有条理,有较强的商务谈判、协调和沟通能力
6、Excellent marketing perception and a keen grasp of market dynamics
具有较强的市场感知能力和敏锐把握市场动态、市场方向的能力
