  5、具有良好的团队管理能力和执行能力；

  
  

  6、具有体系、标准和规范的制定和实施能力；

  
  

  7、具有良好的职业操守，认同企业文化；

  
  

  8、本科以上学历；

  
  

  岗位职责：

  
  

  1、负责市场团队的管理、培养和提升工作；

  
  

  2、负责全国市场的拓展工作。合作对象：外资企业、合资企业及优质的内资企业；外资和合资企业主要面向欧美企业、日本企业和德国企业等；

  
  

  3、负责企业营销工作，通过营销手段提升企业知名度和美誉度；

  
  

  4、参与企业经营决策；

  
  

  5、负责制定长期、中期和年度经营计划、经营目标和具体实施方案，并负责监督和执行；

  
  

  6、负责分公司的选址和市场团队的组建；

  
  

  7、负责不断优化市场绩效考核方案，激励团队更好地完成经营目标；

  
  

  8、负责网站、微博、微信等营销渠道的建立和优化；

  
  

  9、建立、完善并不断优化部门的各种标准、体系、制度和流程等；

  
  

  10、     具体市场开拓职责：

  
  

  1）外资在华建设工程的承揽营销;

  
  

  2）对华投资项目引介；

  
  

  3）为计划投资的外资项目提供咨询及商务服务；

  
  

  4）外资意向在华合作项目的咨询和管理服务；
